Some important notes: Certain times of the year can quickly become crowded with events.  We will verify our availability, and get back to you as soon as possible.  We request 30 days notice prior to your parade date and submission of this form does not guarantee our ability to participate.  Club member work schedules, weather conditions, prior commitments, change of event date within 30 days of original, etc. may adversely affect our availability on any given date.
